On behalf of the staff and the board of directors at Sun Center FCU, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that many of you experienced this past week in attempting to use our online banking product. We worked diligently to resolve this issue in a timely manner, but unfortunately we were unable to accomplish a quick resolution as we were completely at the mercy of a third party vendor.
I understand the important role that the online banking plays in many of your daily lives.
